Backstop Nets

The backstop nets are indispensable in our product group Ball catchers. The backstop nets for sports halls are made in various models. Sports halls are in principle fitted with fire-retardant nets. Net supplier J. van Dijk & Sons produces these nets from fibre according to the M1 and B1 standards. The advantage of this type of production is that the nets are extremely fire-retardant.

 

 

Golf Nets   

The golf nets are an extremely desirable product in a densely populated country such as the Netherlands. These golf nets are produced in the same way as our other products and from extremely high quality materials. Nylon golf nets are made from an extremely high quality nylon type. The netting widths are 2.5 x 2.5 cm. The various thickness and types: Polyethylene 1.2 mm, which can be delivered in the colours white and black, Polyethylene 1.8 mm, which can be delivered in the colours green and black. The driving ranges are fitted with various steel cables to create a netting construction that can be hoisted into place.
The dimensions can be determined completely according to your requirements.

 

 

Football Nets 

Football barrier nets are an attractive sight for the public watching a football match. The public, however, wants optimal safety and the assurance that footballs will not cause any injuries. For this reason, the football barrier nets produced are both safe and decorative. These ball barrier nets are made from polyethylene, polypropylene and nylon. The mesh widths vary between 10 x 10 cm and 12 x 12 cm. The yarn thicknesses are 3 mm for the polyethylene type, with 4.5 mm woven material. This also applies to the polypropylene types. For the nylon type, this is 2.8 mm twisted. The available colours are black, green, white, yellow, orange and blue.

Hockey Ball Catchers   

Hockey ball catchers must be able to effectively counteract the extremely high speed of the puck. The material used must, therefore, be able to resist “wear and tear”. The materials used are polyethylene, polypropylene and nylon. The mesh widths are 4.5 x 4.5 cm. The thickness of the materials is 2.5, 3 and 4 mm. This last thickness is only applicable to the polypropylene sort. The available colours are black, green, white, yellow, orange and blue.

 

 

Ice Hockey Ball Catcher  

The Ice Hockey ball catcher has a slightly different composition. The mesh widths vary widely. The mesh widths are 2.5 x 2.5 cm and 4.5 x 4.5 cm. The thread thickness is 2.5 mm for the first mesh width and 2.5, 3 or 4 mm for the second. Fire-retardant nets are produced specifically for indoor rinks. These nets are made from fibres that are already fire-retardant. This means that you have a maximum guarantee for safety according to sports’ regulations because you use the correct materials and have the correct certificates.

Beach Volleyball   

We also manufacture beach volleyball nets in the same sizes. These are 9.5 metres long and, as opposed to ordinary volleyball nets, with a height of 0.9 metres. These nets are made with attractive and distinctive neon colours. 

 

 

 

Badminton Nets  

Many badminton nets are manufactured in our own production hall. These nets are made from black nylon. The net is a knotted type of net which allows a high tensile strength from a thin yarn. The sizes are 6.20 by 0.75 metres.

Ball Carrying Nets 

These ball carrying nets can be delivered in all sorts and sizes. They are intended for use as carrying bags for footballs. We do, however, also produce these nets for the purpose of cleaning balls in ball cleaning baths. 

 

 

 

 

Basketball Nets 

These nets are produced according to the standards applicable in this sport. The standard diameter which is often used is 3 mm white nylon. If you wish to deviate from this standard that will be no problem at all.

Water resistant nets 

Extremely stringent requirements apply to fire safety regulations in sports halls. For this reason, net supplier J. van Dijk & Sons has developed a special product for which the fire standards M1, M2, M3 and the B1 and B2 standards have been directly included in the raw materials. These nets are, therefore, not submerged which means that they are extremely water-resistant.

 

 

Shadow Nets 

These nets, sometimes also referred to as tennis court tarpaulins, can be produced by net supplier J. van Dijk & Sons in any size required. If you want a completely finished net, we can produce these with a polyester band around the edges that is fitted with copper buttonholes. This type of construction is so strong that these nets are of an extremely high quality.

Tennis Nets  

We deliver thousands and thousands of tennis nets for tennis courts. Either hand-made or machine-produced: we don’t mind. You can order whatever you like. All these nets are produced according to the relevant standards and rules. The nets are produced according to the requirements of the I.T.F and the K.N.L.T.B.
For this type, the most commonly ordered sorts are PE and nylon.
